Semper Transportation is Veteran and first-generation owned business for doctors appointment, wheelchair and non-emergency transportation for your loved ones. Every day we are committed to the safety and comfort of your loved ones whether this is your first time asking for transportation help or you’ve asked for help before. We lead with our core values of empathy and safety, for dependability you can trust. Current service area includes cities within a 200 mile radius of Riverside, California. Our drivers share our commitment to excellence, and guarantee certification in defensive driving, pre-employment screenings, CPR/AED, EMT, and are vaccinated.

Hi! I'm Joshua Becerril, and I come from a background of caregiving. With my mother having been a caregiver for over 28 years, and now that she is retired, I am taking on the role of caring for her.

I understand that this might be your first time seeking ambulatory or wheelchair transportation assistance for your loved one, and I want to assure you that you are in excellent hands. Growing up with a mother who dedicated herself to caring for others, and now being responsible for my own mother's well-being, I deeply understand the importance of providing compassionate care. I admire your love and dedication to your loved one.

Throughout my life, my mother has instilled in me three core values that guide our approach:

Step 2: Share what support you need.

Step 3: Provide us with a date, pick-up time, pick-up address, and drop-off address.

Step 4: Once you've shared your transportation requirements, we will work diligently to ensure availability. We understand the importance of this journey for you and your loved ones, which is why we'll handle every detail with care.

MILEAGE RATES:

Ambulatory Transit:

Non-emergency transport to and/or from an area within our service radius

$2.50 (PER MILE)

Pick up Fee: $30 (One Way)

Wheelchair Transit:

Need to get somewhere in a wheelchair? We can help get you and your wheelchair where you need to go.

$4.00 (PER MILE)

Pick up Fee: $65 (One Way)

Gurney Transit:

For non-emergency gurney transportation or medical transportation needs. You’ll have caring hands at your assistance.

$4.50 (PER MILE)

Loading Fee: $175 (One Way)

Notes: Above rates exclusive to the areas of Riverside, San Bernardino, Fontana, Redlands, Loma Linda, Colton, and Grand Terrace.

Cancelation within 24 hours will retain a 50% fee. 

No show fee is 100% of trip.

Each 15 minutes will be a charge of $8.00 for wheelchair. Gurney trips retain a charge of $20 every 15 minutes with a minimum wait time of an hour. Weekend fees apply.

We understand that accidents happen, and are willing to help and support you in the best way that we can. If we are able to waive a fee due to an emergency, we will.
